This blog was created to hold space for my writings, which are mostly about mental health and OCD. I am so passionate about speaking openly about mental health in hopes to normalize it because I think when we internalize it we aren’t able to heal. Writing is therapeutic for me and speaking publicly helps me to push into discomfort. Writing here has helped transform my fear into power, and I hope that I can inspire other people to do the same. These days, this site is growing to incorporate more of my daily life, as well as wellness tips and practices that I have found helpful.
